The calendar is marked for November 14—the official, worldwide launch date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. With no planned early access periods, that date has been firmly set… until now. Fresh leaks suggest Activision might be planning an early strike for the game’s single-player and co-op modes, a move that would be a big deal for the community.
It’s a long-standing tradition that whenever a new Call of Duty game is coming, fans want the Campaign (and sometimes other non-multiplayer modes) to drop early. It’s a smart move that lets players digest the story before the multiplayer madness begins. Activision has done it before, offering full week early access to the narrative. And it looks like Black Ops 7 could be next.
The Leak: PlayStation Database Spills the Beans

The latest speculation has been fueled by the reliable ‘PlayStation Game Size‘ account on X. This account, which mines the PlayStation database for upcoming title details, shared important info about Black Ops 7’s pre-load—reportedly starting on November 9. More importantly, they revealed dates listed for the Campaign and Zombies components.
According to their post, these non-multiplayer modes will unlock on November 10, four days before the supposed global launch.
That’s a four day window. Both Modern Warfare II (2022) and Modern Warfare III (2023) gave the Campaign a full week early. If Black Ops 7 is following the same strategy, a November 7 release for the Campaign and Zombies would make more sense.
A Database Glitch or a New Strategy?
The timeline gets clearer—and more confusing—when you look at another piece of data: the PlayStation database also lists the title’s full release date as November 17.
That’s almost certainly an error that will be fixed by Sony and Activision soon. The question is: Will the rumored November 10 Campaign date be changed to match a corrected, earlier timeline? If the full release date is indeed November 14 and the Campaign usually drops a week early, then we should see a November 7 release. If the November 10 date holds, it’s either a compressed early access window this year or the entire calendar has been moved internally.
Regardless, the data suggests something is happening a week from now. Fans will likely be playing Black Ops 7 before the multiplayer servers go live.
Of course, this is all based on database leaks. Until Activision or Treyarch confirm it, take it with a grain of salt.
