The phone is going to be the first one from Asus to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and will be paired with a massive 18GB of RAM. The expected price of the phone for such great hardware is expected to be Rs 44,000 in the Indian market. The launch event will also bring a lot of new accessories for ROG Phone 5 and will also give a glimpse of the special edition of the phone. The phone is expected to come with 512GB internal storage and renders suggest that the phone will come with a dot-matrix screen at the back, which can be configured via software.
In terms of battery for such a powerful phone, it will be powered using a 6,000 mAh battery and 65W fast charging support. We can also expect the phone to carry forward the dual-USB Type-C port approach. The display on this phone is said to be the best till now and can be an AMOLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. The phone will also carry a tripe camera setup and a 64MP primary camera sensor.
