Moto G51 5G smartphone to launch in December in the Indian market

Motorola will soon launch a new smartphone in the Indian market with the name Moto G51 5G, which will be the first smartphone in the market with Snapdragon 480+ chipset. The phone is expected to launch in India in the month of December, but no confirmed date has been announced by the company yet. The smartphone has already been launched in Europe a few days back which gives a brief idea about the specifications of the phone when it arrives in India.

The phone comes with a 6.8-inch large Full HD+ IPS LCD display and has a refresh rate support of 120Hz. The phone also comes with a triple camera setup on the rear, which would include the 50MP camera sensor as primary, along with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. The phone would be the first in the market to house a Snapdragon 480+ chipset and is expected to come with variants that have up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.

The phone is also expected to be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery which will be coupled with 10W of charging speeds. It will also have a dedicated Google Assistant button along with a Dolby Atmos speaker system running on the Android 11 operating system. The phone was priced at EUR 230 in Europe, which makes the price around Rs 19,300 in the Indian market at the time of launch. The price seems to be a bit more for the offering if it launches at the same price in India, but then again, users will have the trusted name and quality of Motorola.
