Nokia is known to make affordable yet powerful smartphones that are also very durable. In the same lineup, the company has launched yet another smartphone in the market, which is the Nokia C01 Plus. The new budget smartphones have been launched in India at a price tag of Rs 5,999 for the 2GB/16GB version. The phone also comes with Jio exclusive offers and will be available for sale on the Nokia website, Amazon India website, and other offline retail stores. The phone comes with a Unisoc SC9863a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, which comes in a single variant of 2GB RAM.

Although it offers only 16GB of in-built memory, it still has the support for memory cards of up to 128GB. The phone has a decent 5.45-inch of HD+ display and comes with a single 5MP camera on the rear. In the front, the phone gets a 2MP selfie camera sensor. Both the front and the rear camera come with a LED flash. It has been equipped with a 3,000 mAh battery and the company claims that the phone can last an entire day of usage easily.

The phone comes in two color options of Blue and purple and will be running Android Go edition, which has been specifically designed for budget smartphones with less powerful hardware. The phone will also support the face unlock feature and Nokia has confirmed that it will be providing two years of security updates for the phone. It really seems to be a value-for-money smartphone for someone who does not want to spend much on a smartphone.
