Nokia launches XR20 smartphone with a military-grade design

When it comes to durable phones, Nokia does come at the top of the list. Be it their old retro phones, or the latest smartphones. If it is Nokia, you can expect them to be built with utmost durability. Now, the company has launched yet another smartphone in the market which speaks of durability at max. They have recently launched the Nokia XR20 smartphone that has been built with military-grade specifications and design, which not only makes it sturdy. but would also allow it to survive and work in extreme conditions. Due to its durable build, the smartphone can stay underwater for an hour and still work.

It can also work in excrement weather conditions with temperatures ranging between 55-degrees to 20-degrees Celsius. Similarly, the phone can also survive a stop of up to 1.8 meters and still work as usual. It is not only strong from the outside, but Nokia also promised three years of major OS upgrades and four years of monthly security upgrades with the smartphone. The phone will be up for pre-orders on October 20 and will go on sale from October 30. The pre-booking offer also provides the user with a free pair of Nokia Power Earbuds Lite.

The smartphone would be running Android 11 out of the box and will have Gorilla Glass Victus protection on the display. It has a 6.67-inch screen along with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered using a Snapdragon 480 processor and provides the smartphone with 5G capabilities. It has a dual rear camera with a 48MP primary sensor on the rear. The phone has been launched at a price tag of Rs 46,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant and will be available on offline and online retail stores and Nokia official website.
