Oppo K9s smartphone to launch in China with a bigger battery and fast charging

Oppo has been very active this year when we talk about the launch of new handsets in the market. The next in the line of smartphones from the company is Oppo K9s. The phone will be launched at an event on October 20 and will be available in the Chinese market only for now. Oppo has also confirmed some of the features of the smartphone before the launch without giving out any specifics. As per the company, the smartphone will come with a bigger and better battery life and fast charging capabilities. Although, most of the specs of the smartphone have already been leaked on the internet a week before the launch.

As per the leaked reports, the smartphone will be powered using the Snapdragon 778G chipset which would offer the smartphone 5G connectivity. The rear of the smartphone will come with a triple camera setup where the primary camera sensor would be 64MP. In terms of battery, the phone is expected to come with a 5,000 mAh battery and the support for a 30W VOOC rapid charge. It will have a USB-C charging port to support fast charging and will also have a 3.5m headphone jack.

The display will be a 6.59-inch LTPS FHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In the front, it will be equipped with a 16MP selfie camera sensor and will have variants with RAM configuration of 8GB and 12GB, and storage options of 128GB and 256GB. The color variant expected at the launch is Magic Purple Quicksand, Neon Silver Sea, and Obsidian Warrior. The phone is expected to launch in the global market by the end of this year.
