Oppo launches K9s smartphone in China

Oppo has finally launched their new smartphone in the Chinese market, which is Oppo K9s. The phone is expected to launch in the Indian market in the coming months and is powered by a Snapdragon processor. The smartphone is an addition to the original K9 series and comes with a lot of improved features. The phone comes with a 6.59-inch IPS LCD display, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz sampling rate.

It also comes with Panda Glass protection for the display but does not have HDR support. The display panel provides 600 nits of peak brightness. The phone is powered using the Snapdragon 778G processor and comes with a triple camera setup on the rear which has a primary 64Mp camera sensor and a 120-degree ultra-wide-angle camera. IN the front, the phone gets a 16MP selfie camera sensor. The phone also comes with a 5,000 mAh battery which is supported by 30W fast charging.

The charging will be done through the USB-C port and the phone will also have a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone comes in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants and provides up to 128GB of onboard storage. It also gets the virtual RAM feature which uses free storage space and converts it to 5GB virtual RAM. The 6GB variants cost CNY 1,700 and the 8GB variant cost CNY 1,900. The phone will be available for sale in China from November 1 with no information or confirmation of date as to when it will be launched globally.
