Realme could launch a new video streaming device in Flipkart’s Big Billion day sale

Flipkart’s big billion day sale is just around the corner and many companies will be launching their products on the same day for increased sales and a better response from the customer. Among the list of products, Realme will be launching its first and new streaming device for the Indian market. A few days back Realme launched their new smartphones under the Realme 8 series including the Realme Pad and a new Bluetooth speaker. Now the new video streaming device will be an addition to the expanding product portfolio from the company.

The device will be called Realme 4K Google TV stick, which will be launched on the opening day of Flipkart’s Big Billion Day sale. There are only a few streaming devices that support 4K resolution and now Realme would be among the list. As per the name, it seems like the streaming device would make use of Google TV with 4K support. It will work much like Chromecast or any other streaming device, as it would be connected through the HDMI port. There is already a page on Flipkart for the device which teases an image of the same.

From what it seems like, it would support dual-band Wi-Fi and will come with a smart remote that could be used through voice commands as well. It will directly take on Amazon Fire TV stick and Mi TV stick in competition and will have a new user interface that will be much easier to use. It will give access to live channels along with some of the most popular streaming platforms.
