Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Redmi K40 spotted on BIS certification

Two smartphones that are highly anticipated in the Indian market which is the Mi 11 Pro and Redmi K 40. There have already been a lot of leaks and reports even before the launch or official announcement, but now it seems that the smartphones are very near to an Indian launch. Both the smartphones have reportedly been seen on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Apart from these two, Xiamoi might also launch Mi 11 Ultra in the Indian market in the month of April or May. The Mi 11 Pro was spotted with the model number  M2012K1G and Redmi K40 was spotted with model number M2012K11AI. 

It was expected that the certification would provide some details to the specs of these phones, but that did not happen. However, rumors are already out about the specification of both phones. The Mi 11 Pro is expected to run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset which has also been used in the Mi 11. The phone will also be the first from the company to have an in-display camera sensor along with a 6.81-inch OLED curved edge OLED screen with a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate support. 

The phone will also come with features like 120x zoom and a 5,000 dual-cell battery which is expected to give more juice than a normal 5,000 mAh battery. The Redmi K40 is rumored to come with a  6.67-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED FHD+, a 4,400 mAh battery, and the support for 33W fast charging. There is no confirmation on the chipset used, but rumors suggest that it will use a Snapdragon 7 series chipset. Both the smartphones will come with the Android 11 operating system out of the box.
