Amazon Echo devices have been one of the most popular devices from the company till now. They are interactive and also provide the services of Alexa digital assistants. Now there are a lot of different Echo devices on offer and one of the most interactive among them is the Amazon Echo Show 8 second generation, which has been recently launched by Amazon. The second-generation device comes with a lot of major upgrades when compared to the first generation and enhances the experience of video calling.
The new Amazon Echo Show 8 has been priced at Rs 13,999 which is more expensive than the price of the first generation. However, the price is justified by looking at the upgrades you get. The second-generation device is being offered in Black and White color and will be sold initially on the Amazon India website at Rs 11,499 for a limited time. Due to this, the first-generation Amazon Echo Show 8 has been priced at Rs 8,999.
One of the biggest upgrades that one can notice in the new device is the upgraded in-camera sensor which has been upgraded from 1MP to 13MP. The upgrade has been specifically done to increase the video calling quality. It would also allow panning and zooming on a subject which is a feature in Echo Show 10, which is a bigger variant of the same. It is powered by the MediaTek MT8183 chipset and has an 8-inch display. The performance of the second-generation devices is a lot more powerful and smoother in comparison.
