Specification and design details leaked for the new MacBook Air, which is expected to launch in 2022

A couple of days back, Apple launched their new series of MacBook Pro’s in the market and now leaks have started coming in for the next launch in the lineup. The next in the lineup is their new Macbook Air which is expected to be thinner and lighter than its previous generations. The new MacBook Air details have leaked online, including the specifications and design details. The company is rumored to launch the device in the middle of 2022 and the leaks suggest that it has borrowed some of the features from the Macbook Pro as well.

The leaks show the new Macbook Air to have a thinner body with white bezels around the display. They are also expected to launch the device in multiple color options as they have done with other Apple devices. In that case, we can expect the MacBook Air to come in colors like Blue, Green, Pink, Silver, Yellow, Orange, and Purple. Also, things like the ProMotion display will not be a part of this device and it will not have an HDMI or SD Card slot.

The keyboard design will be changed as well where the black keys will be replaced by white keys and the function keys on the top row will be bigger and spaced out. The most prominent change that we will see in the device is the use of a mini-Led display, which is now a part of all Apple devices. The last detail is the most important one and claims that the company will launch the M2 chip next year and the same will be used in the new MacBook Air as well. We expect to see more leaks and details in the coming days.
