Oppo has finally launched the new Oppo A15 in the market, which was the new entry-level phone expected in the A-series. The new Oppo A15 is a powerful entry-level phone which will be sporting a 6.52 inch LCD screen with 1600×720 pixel resolution and is powered by an Helio P35 chipset and 4,230 mAh battery. The battery seems to be kind of on the lower side where most of the smartphone brands are currently providing almost 5,000mAh battery capacity. The phone will also have a triple camera slot on the rear, which will have a 13MP primary camera alongside a 2MP macro and 2MP depth modules.
The front screen has a waterdrop notch, which has a 5MP front selfie camera. The front camera quality does seem to be above average and you do not want to expect very high-quality images from it. The phone will have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, which can be explained using a micro-sd card slot. The UI on the phone is based on ColorOS 7.2 and will run on Android 10 out of the box. The phone will continue to have a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, something that is common in budget-friendly phones from Oppo, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone will be made available in two colors Dynamic Black and Mystery Blue. The phone will be sold in India through Amazon India and will be priced at Rs 10,990. There is currently no date announced for the sale to start, but it is expected that the phone will be made available during the festive season of India.
