Five new smartphones with Snapdragon 875 expected to launch by March next year

We all know about the Qualcomm event that is all due to be held on December 1, where the company will be unveiling the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 SoC chipset, which will be a new chipset offering for premium smartphones. Besides a major heap in performance, the chipset will also have features like support for 100W charging due to Quick Charge 5 technology. There are a few companies like Xiaomi that have confirmed that they will be using the new chipset and will be releasing the smartphone next year.

Although they can be the first smartphone to launch with the new chipset, as per tipster Digital Chat, a lot more devices with Snapdragon 875 are coming to the market. As per the details that have been leaked, 5 new flagship devices will be launched with the chipset in the first three months of 2021. Samsung Galaxy S21 series might be among the list as the phone will be released in the month of January next year. A similar expectation is also set for the OnePlus 9Pro that will be released in the month of March 2021.

Xiaomi has already confirmed that their new flagship device Mi 11 will also be powered using the new 875 chipsets. None of the companies have yet clarified whether they will be bringing in a 100W fast charging feature on their phone or not, as it seems that Xiaomi, Samsung, and OnePlus are not moving about 45W charging technology as of now. We will have to wait and see for more details and leaks for other smartphones that are due to launch with the chipset. For now, we can think of these three brands to be the first ones to get their hands on the new chipset.
