iPhone 12 users are facing drops of cellular networks on their devices

The previous month, Apple users faced a lot of problems related to the display and since then have patched hundreds of phones through a software update. But it seems that there are more problems for the new iPhone users and most of them are facing issues with the loss of cellular network. As per a report, the iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max might be breaking sales records, but thousands of customers have reported that they are not getting any cellular network.

Over 500 iPhone 12 users reported the issue on 9to5mac.com and have posted the same on Apple’s official support community. It seems that the new iPhone 12 is dropping 4G and 5G connection and leaving the users with no kind of connectivity, even in areas with strong signals. Similar issues have also been reported by users on Verizon, Reddit, At&T ad more. The issue is reported by users in the USA, Japan, India, and the UAE. To make the phone operational again, the phone needs to be restarted or sometimes the reception is back after a minute of showing no signal.

One of the customers wrote, “For me, it’s almost like clockwork. If you’re actively using your phone for more than 20 minutes at a time, you’re bound to experience the dropped signal. I’ve tried endless workarounds to no avail.” At the launch of the phone, the iPhone 12 owners also faced a widespread SMS issue which was resolved in patch 14.2.1. Apple has already taken the details for the issue and you expect that a patch is coming up in a few days to resolve it.
