Realme is all set to make another China-exclusive launch of smartphone names as Realme Q3. Realme has recently started a new ad campaign in China where they are displaying the success Realme Q2 had after the launch in the Chinese market, and how Q3 will outdo the predecessor in every aspect. Although the company has not made any kind of official announcement about the hardware specs the phone would have, the sources claim that the Realm Q3 will be powered using the new Dimensity 1100 chipset by Mediatek.

Since it is a new and improved 5G chipset, it is said to provide a more powerful experience to the user. The phone is also reported to have a 4,500 mAh battery along with 50W of fast charging support. The phone is also said to come with a display that has a 120Hz refresh rate. When it comes to the design, the company is trying to change the design completely for Q3, so we will not see the same design elements that were visible in the predecessor.

It is also suspected that the company might add the new 108MP primary camera sensor on the back, which is now being commonly used by other brands in the same segment. The interesting fact is that the company is going to launch the phone at a suspected price tag of CNY 2000, which is almost $306. If this is the price tag that the phone comes with, paired with a new Dimensity chipset, it could really give the competitor brands tough competition and users a bang for each buck they spend.

Privacy and sharing of the user data have been a critical and sensitive issue for a while now and most companies are trying not to get on the bad side of it. Recently, Google announced details about FLoC or Federated Learning of Cohorts, which would be the new way of tracking the user activity while they are surfing the internet and doing various things. Earlier, the same use was done through third-party cookies while using a browser like Google Chrome.

However, FLOC will allow any browser to collect information about the users and study their behavior as it is based on machine learning. Later, they will be grouped into cohorts based on the study. As per Google, it ensures more privacy for user data as the machine learning program will only take the information that is required to make the experience of the users better with the ads and will not collect more information like third-party cookies. After this, the ads will be displayed to the users based on cohort and not the individual data. Google claims that it protects users from tracking methods that are intrusive.

However, browsers-focused companies like DuckDuckGo, Brave, and others have decided that they will not be adopting the technology on their platform and will be warning the users about the same as well. As per them, they are automatically tracking the user through the new method without even giving them a choice to adopt it. It might also be possible that people using Google Chrome along with the Google account in sync might already be tracked through the new way, without them even knowing about it. So instead of increasing the standard of privacy for the users, it is harming them.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S20 FE smartphone last year which was supposed to be the light version of their flagship series and a lot more affordable. The smartphone received a great response from Samsung fans and soon the company decided that they will be launching a FE series smartphone every year. The phone was launched in both 4G and 5G variants in the market where the 4G model had an Exynos 990 SoC and the 5G enabled handset had a Snapdragon 865 SoC.

Now, Samsung has confirmed that it will no longer be manufacturing the 4G variant with Exynos 990 SoC. This variant of the phone also had complaints related to poor performance and battery life. Therefore, Samsung decided to only continue with the 5G enabled handset in this series and it seems to be the right decision. The sources claim that Samsung might be working on a new 4G variant with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 instead of Exynos 990. Another claim from leakster Ice Universe claims that the variant will be replaced by a Snapdragon 865+ model.

This means the upcoming new Galaxy S20 FE (SM-G780G) could be powered by Snapdragon 865+ SoC and not Snapdragon 865. This variant has already been listed on multiple regional websites by Samsung and could be launched very soon. Apart from this, the company has not made any kind of official announcements about it. However, we can expect some details to be revealed very soon.
