Twitter seems to be very busy with a whole new set of features that they are planning to launch on their platform soon. A few days back, the news was that Twitter is working on the integration of Google account with Twitter, which allowed the users to create a new account or log in to the existing Twitter account using the Google account. The company is now working on a new feature where the users will be able to react to a tweet with reactions like Happy, Sab, Cheer, and more, something very similar to iMessage on the iPhone.
It has also been confirmed that for now, the company has been able to prepare all the reactions, instead of two which were Hmm and Haha, by the end of May. Although the feature has not been released publically yet, it will soon be launched. One simply has to press and hold the Like button to see all the reactions and select one. This will bring a new experience to the users where they will be able to react to Twitter, similar to what they do on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Apart from this feature, the company is also planning to create Space Rings for web format and also improve the DM search. These features are surely going to enhance the experience of users and we might have more details on the launch of these features and a lot more.
OnePlus is one of the most popular smartphone companies in the world which has tried to capture the market for other categories of products as well. Apart from smartphones, the company now has a range of fitness wearables, audio devices, and Smart TVs in the market as well. Now, OnePlus is ready to launch its first series of tablets in the market. A recent certification on the EUIPO website (European Union Intellectual Property Office) a new tablet was spotted, which might be named the OnePlus Pad.
The name was registered and filed in January this year, which confirms the name of the device. Although the launch of a tablet is confirmed from OnePlus, there is no information on the type of hardware and specs that will be a part of the device. We all know that Oppo and OnePlus are also a part of each other, and the information is coming in that even Oppo is planning to launch a tablet very soon. There can be a possibility that both the tablets are similar in specs but launched with a different brand name.
At the same time, even Realme is planning to launch a new series of tablets in the market. The new tablet is expected to run on the new merged OS which will have components from both Oppo and OnePlus. We can expect more details about the tablet to launch in the coming weeks or months before the launch and it can be priced somewhere near to the OnePlus Nord series.
While Realme GT is one of the most popular phones from the company, they will soon be launching yet another smartphone in the series, which will be the Realme GT Master Edition. The phone has recently been spotted on the GeekBench where we could clearly look at the specifications. The phone was spotted with model number RMX3366, with scores of 1022 and 3054 on single and multi-core. The phone seems to be powered using the SNapdragon 870 chipset, which might be from the previous generation but is very powerful and used in many premium smartphones.
However, another report in the past also suggested that the phone could be launched with Snapdragon 778. The listing shows a 3.19 GHz processor with Kona mentioned on it, which relates to Snapdragon 870 SoC. It comes with a 6.43-inch FHD+ sAMOLED display and 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor and will be paired with a 12GB/256GB configuration. It will be supporting Android 11 out of the box and will have a triple camera setup on the rear, which includes a 64MP primary sensor.
The front gets a 32MP selfie snapper. In terms of battery, the phone will come with the signature 65W SuperDart charging support from Realme and a 4,300 mAh battery. This is all the information that has been listed and leaked about the smartphone till now and we can expect a lot more to come in the future. The listing of the phone indicates that the phone can very soon be launched in the market as well.
Samsung will be launching the all-new Galaxy S22 as their next flagship and it was earlier rumored that the Ultra version of the smartphone could come with a 200MP camera sensor which would have been the first in the market. Similarly, companies like Xiaomi are also working on a new camera sensor of 200MP for their upcoming flagship. Now as per the latest update, the Galaxy S22 Ultra will not have a 200MP camera sensor.
Instead, the company will be going ahead with the 108MP camera sensor. However, the 108MP sensor will not be the same one that the company is already using. The new sensor will be more refined and polished than before. One of the major reasons why Samsung is not using the 200MP sensor is that there is still a lot of work that needs to be done on the camera sensor and integrating it seamlessly with the smartphone. There are no details to the changes in the new 108MP sensor and we expect a few leaks to reveal in the future, which will provide more details about the smartphone.
Another reason why Samsung might not be using the 200MP camera sensor is the quality and quantity required by the company. The supply chain for Samsung is still at its peak due to which they can face issues if they require the sensor in more quantity. We expect Samsung to provide us with a teaser for the same or provide us with some details about the future premium smartphone from the company.
WhatsApp has been working on a lot of new features, and from time to time, they have been rolled out in stable updates. One such feature that the company has been working on since last year is the View Once feature. It allows the sender to send an image to the receiver which can only be viewed once and then it will be removed or deleted automatically. The company seems to have completed the development of this feature and it will soon be rolled out in the stable update for the users.
However, this feature is not as useful as it might sound. The users will still have the option to take a screenshot of the image before it is being deleted, which makes the new feature almost useless. WhatsApp has not yet rolled out the feature on the app which blocks any user from taking the screenshot of such messages. The screenshot detection feature should have been a part of this feature to provide complete protection to the user’s data.
Although the View once feature can be used to make the receiver view the image only till the time it is open, there are a lot of workarounds and bypasses through which screenshot detection can also be avoided. Therefore, the rollout of the feature will be of no use to the users unless more steps are taken from Whatsapp to resolve other issues. With such issues, users are always suggested to send the media on such platforms which are not very important to them.

There is a lot of hype that is being built around the launch of Nothing Ear 1 TWS and now Carl Pei has revealed the price and more details of the product. The TWS is all set to be launched this month in multiple countries including India. The TWS has now been confirmed to come with (ANC) Active Noise Cancellation and would be priced roughly at GBP 99, which would be around Rs 10,000 for the Indian market.
The TWS has also been teased to have a transparent design and is aimed to compete with the likes of Apple Airpods. Carl Pei has also confirmed that the earphones will be very similar to Apple Airpods Pro in terms of features. Nothing Ear 1 will be one of the first products out of the three that the company is working on currently. The TWS was supposed to be launched last month in June, however, it is said that due to the transparent body design the launch was delayed.
Now, it is confirmed that the product will launch by the end of this month. Nothing already has a lot of backing in financial terms from big names and has also acquired Essentials smartphone company this year. Nothing is also working with Teenage Engineering to develop new products for the users. The launch of the Nothing Ear 1 has been scheduled on July 27 and along with that, we can expect the company to give a teaser related to the product they are working on in the future.
A lot of rumors and leaks are already coming in for the iPhone 13 series which is due to release later this year and will be equipped with the new LTPO OLED panels. However, Apple has been facing some issues with the supply of those panels as Samsung, who is the manufacturer of these panels is unable to fulfill the requirement Apple has. Due to this, it might be the case that we see these LTPO OLED panels only in the premium iPhone 13 variants.
However, news has started coming in that starting from iPhone 14, the company will equip all the variants of the series with LTPO OLED panels. To resolve the panel supply, LG will be manufacturing and supply the panels by next year, which will make it easier for Apple to fulfill its requirements. LG is already in talks with Avaco and is waiting for approval from Apple to start the manufacturing process. Once the approval is given, Apple will be able to have enough supply for the panels.
Till now, Apple is completely dependent on Samsung for the panel supply and any lack of production from Samsung is going to affect Apple as well. However, with LG stepping in it would become a lot easier for Apple to add these panels to the non-Pro variants of the iPhone as well. which could also help LG in getting the share of supply from Apple, which Samsung used to enjoy earlier. It would also help in the diversification of panel supply for Apple and better iPhones for the users.

A few weeks back Xiaomi tweeted details about Redmi Note 10 5G, which was later launched as Poco M3 Pro 5G in the Indian market. Now the company has tweeted and teased yet another smartphone in the same series which will be launched in the Indian market as Redmi Note 10T 5G. The smartphone will be very similar in terms of specs when compared to the Poco M3 Pro 5G, with the only difference being the rear camera unit design.
The phone will launch in the Indian market with a 6.5-inch LCD screen and a 90Hz refresh rate. It will also be powered using the Mediatek Dimensity 700 SoC chipset, which has been used in Poco M3 Pro 5G. The phone would come in two variants of 4GB and 6 GB RAM, along with 64GB and 128GB of in-built memory. The rear of the smartphone will get a 48MP triple camera setup and an 8MP selfie camera in the front. In terms of battery, it gets a 5,000 mAh battery capacity with 18W fast charging.
The phone will be available in four different colors and will be launched by Xiaomi as a part of rebranding the smartphone in the Indian market. The teaser has also been posted on the Amazon India website, which means that the phone will exclusively be launched on Amazon. We can hope Xiaomi adds some new features and elements to the phone instead of simply rebranding the same phone again as we already have one in the name of Poco in the market.
Everyone remembers the time when PUBG was banned last year in Indian and after a few days of that happening, the game FAU-G was announced, which was expected to be a replacement for PUBG. However, when the game was released in 2021, the game faced a lot of criticism for not providing any kind of elements that pUBG had. In fact, the game has a single-player campaign initially and the same mechanics being used at almost every stage.
However, FAU-G has now launched a TDM (Team Deathmatch Mode) in the game which allowed the users to play similar gameplay to PUBG. The mode was announced at the time of launch to be under development and now after months of development, it has finally been launched on the app. Users can update the app immediately to experience the TDM mode. The gameplay is not similar to PUBG but has a lot of similar elements as well. There is no doubt in the fact that it would need a lot of polishing and updates in the future.
Users can definitely try the new mode but do not expect it to be similar to the PUBG in terms of experience. Developer nCore games have also committed to bring a lot of new elements and modes to the game in the near future, which are still under development. So we can expect more games to further improve the game and make it much more interesting for players to shift their focus on this game as well.
