When it comes to details and leaks about iPhone 13, there has already been much speculation from trusted sources about how the next generation phone would be a major upgrade over iPhone 12. One of the striking features that people are expecting from the iPhone 13 series later this year is the new kind of display. The details that have been confirmed by MacOtakara for the new 2021 iPhone 13 mentions that the design of the iPhone 13 series will be kept the same as iPhone 12 series, but will have a thicker body and the same camera module.

Another change that will be coming to the iPhone 13 is the look of the rear camera module. As per the details, the camera sensors will remain the same as the iPhone 12, but all the camera sensors will be covered using a sapphire glass on the top, which will make them look like a single camera instead of three lenses. Also, the iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max will have the same size and dimension and both will have the same camera sensors as well, unlike what we saw in the iPhone 12 series, which included better stabilization and 2.5x optical zoom only on iPhone 12 Pro Max.

The iPhone 13 series will still continue to have a notch on the top, but this time it will be smaller due to the reduced size of the TrueDepth camera. An interesting feature in the iPhone 12 top model was the LiDAR scanner, which is said to be a part of all the variants in iPhone 13. Lastly, we can expect the iPhone 13 to launch in the month of September 2021.

While Samsung is all set to launch its new Samsung Galaxy S21 series on January 14, we also know that Samsung will be launching a lite version of the premium flagship as well. It all started in 2020 when the company launched Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, as a light version of the S20 series. The phone became a hit and was much more affordable than the premium version. As per a report from Korea, the company is going to drop the local pricing for the next flagship line considerably while betting on the most affordable contender to lead the line.

Since Samsung is expecting the S21 series to be their best seller of all time, it has been confirmed that the company is dedicating 60% of its production and resources to the cheapest S21 device, which will be the lite version. The company is expected to drop the price of the lite model to $900 which can be a decent price to start with when it comes to the $1,146 price tag that was marked for Galaxy S20 last year.

The price decrease will not stay limited to just the lite version of the S21 series, but will also be marked on the other smartphones which are the Galaxy S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra. The price is expected to be lower than what was decided for the premium flagship last year. It is said that the price drop would be to bring in direct competition for the iPhone 12 series and cover the market gap that has been created by Huawei.
