The feud between Apple and Fortnite seems to take a new turn and it might be for good. As recently confirmed by Epic Games, Fortnite now has Apple’s “Sign-in with Apple” option again. Apple had removed the option completely after they removed Fortnite from the App Store due to the in-app payment system and violation of the App Store rules. It also stated that the app will not be available on Fortnite and the users already having the app, will not be able to login to the game using the Apple ID.

However, after the option to Sign in using the Apple Id was available again, Epic Games confirmed that it has now got an indefinite extension. The official statement from Epic Games was “Apple will no longer allow users to sign into Fortnite using “Sign In with Apple” as soon as September 11, 2020. If you used “Sign In with Apple”, please make sure your email and password are up to date”. Although the option is now available, the company has urged its users to be prepared for the removal of the option at any time.

Apple has already mentioned that it has never denied the users on Fortnite to login using the Apple Id. However, the claim from Fortnite shows a very different side and a version for the same. Although it seems to be a positive thing for Fortnite users, it might not be a permanent solution. We will have to wait until both the companies reach a lawful decision on how to use the app on the App Store.

Apple recently made a tweet in which they announced an event on September 15 and tagline it as “Time Flies”. It was expected that the tagline was meant for the launch of the all-new Apple Watch Series 6 along with an all-new smartphone which would be much more affordable. There were rumors that it could also be an event to release the all-new iPhone models with a few being released in this event and others at an event in October. However, this would possibly be not the case as iPhone 12 and other variants are confirmed to launch in October.

Although the event will be pre-recorded by Apple, it can be watched live on the day through Apple’s website, the official YouTube channel, and through the Apple TV app. The event will begin at 10 a.m PT and a lot of new announcements are expected from Apple, such as the new Apple Watch, new iPad, AirTags, Macbooks, and much more. Apple watch is almost confirmed to be launched in this event, but it can certainly be the perfect stage for the new iPad. The design and feature leaks for the new iPad were already out a month back and have been completed in development.

Therefore, the chances are very high that it will be launched in this event. Although, the interesting and unexpected device would be the cheaper version of the Apple watch, which is said to be a better and revamped version of the Apple Watch 3. Along with that, we can also expect a lot of new announcements from the company regarding iOS 14 and various other services they are planning to provide with Apple TV.

Facebook started taking shape in college when Mark Zuckerberg focused his thought on creating this wonderful platform. It seems that the company is now focusing more and more resources and efforts on its roots. Facebook has recently launched Facebook Campus, which is a service specifically designed for college students. The Campus features can be thought of like a social circle of Mini-Facebook inside Facebook, where the students in the college will be able to connect with each other over a shared interest and make it easier for people to communicate within the college community.

The Campus feature is initially available for 30 Colleges and Universities in the US and a dedicated section inside Facebook. Now since it is a completely different platform inside Facebook, students will be able to create a profile using their college email and graduation year, which will help them to connect with their college community and share resources, chat and connect. The best thing about it will be that you will not be able to view any content outside of the campus or your college.

It will have a campus-only news feed and campus directory. Students can create a real-time chat room for their specific clubs within the campus. If we look back, it is the same concept that Mark Zuckerberg started working on when he was in college and further expanded it into Facebook. The feature seems to be great for college students where they can get access to all the information and important announcements of universities.

A few days back it was reported that OnePlus is currently in the development of a smartwatch which will be their first product offering in the segment. Apart from premium smartphones, the company is now looking to diversify into mid-range and low range smartphones, along with different other devices such as wearables and audio devices. Now as per the new details from Max J teases, the design of the new OnePlus watch would be circular in shape. Although most of the Android-powered smartwatches are round in shape, the one in rectangle shape gives more area of contact to the customer.

Therefore, using the circular design may seem to be a surprise for OnePlus. After Oppo launches it’s square or rectangle design watch, it was expected that OnePlus is going to take the same approach as the companies are associated with. However, using a different design seems to be a step by OnePlus to keep the presence of the brand unique. Now there is no official confirmation or news about the watch or has the development of the watch is completed.

However, it is a possibility that the new OnePlus smartwatch can launch either with the launch of OnePlus 8T or the OnePlus 9. However, until the official news or announcement comes in, we can expect more reveals and leaks about the watch to come in the future. Meanwhile, the company is also working on a new smartphone, codenamed “Clover”, which will be its new budget smartphone at around $200.

It seems that Huawei is not yet far from troubles. After the end of the agreement with Google, the company has been announcing a lot of new products on the shelves, to give users a better device with strong hardware. However, it seems that the company is going to face a lot of problems while developing its new series of smartphones. The display supply for the company will shrink in addition to being cut off from TSMC’s chip foundries.

As per the details from Reuters, Samsung and LG were providing displays to Huawei and both the companies have now decided not to do so anymore. The decision has been taken after the tightened trade restriction from the US. The chips that Huawei used to drive the displays are reportedly affected by the US sanctions. The company has diversified and will source all Huawei Mate 40 displays from BOE, but it can be a problem for other smartphone models that use the display from BOE, Samsung, and LG.

Huawei is looking to ramp up the production of displays now through BOE and COST and Visionox are also working on on-cell OLED displays. Although the company will not see a huge impact on the production line due to LG, they might see a major bump due to Samsung, as they have been a major supplier of the display to Huawei. The company is currently trying to look for new display companies and asking to increase the production from the existing ones.
