In the same series, Google’s smart displays play a very important role in a household, where it can be used as the centerpiece for maintaining the security of the home and controlling other Google-powered smart devices.

These smart displays are not only meant for that but also to watch media and make video calls. Ever since the brands have been offering itself-branded smart displays in the market in the form of Nest Hub and Nest Hub Max, they have been trying to make the display better by adding a lot of UI features to the devices. Following the same approach, the company will not be adding a new “visual experience” to the device with a new UI and other features. The new touch-centric UI will sum up all the relevant information for the day on a single screen.

It will also have a Media Tab which will allow you to view media and similar content. Also, the Home Control page in the UI will let you control all the Google Assistant-enabled devices more easily. You can immediately contact anyone through video calls on Zoom, schedule meetings, send messages, etc. It will also be adding a new Dark Mode on the smart display with a re-design feature that is already available on Android-powered smartphones.

Apple has just launched its new range of iPhones and getting a tremendous response in pre-orders, as expected. October might have been a big month for Apple, but it seems that November will be an even bigger month for the company as it will be introducing new Apple-powered Macbooks to the market. The news had been in the market that the company is about to ditch the use of Intel processors and will be working on their own chipsets instead of that. I will not only allow Apple to create custom chipsets but will also allow them to create unique features that will work in tandem with their operating system.

The ARM Mac event is scheduled to be unveiled on November 17, however, Apple will confirm the date of the actual launch a week earlier. The new Macbooks will be the first one to use an Apple-designed chipset and will possibly be a 12-ich sie laptop. Apple did confirm previously that the transition from Intel-based chipset to Apple-based chipset will take around two years, due to which we can expect to see a new Intel-powered Macbook as well.

The event will also witness the launch of Apple AirPods Studi, which is the first over the ear headphones from Apple. The cost of those will be $350 and $600 for the premium model. We will surely have to wait for Apple to make the official confirmation about the event on November 10 and also for any kind of leaks before the event.

Google Hangout has been one of the primary chat platforms for Google for many years. In fact, it was used both for a professional and personal chat session. However, we all know Google’s messaging stack is not as refined as the competitors. Before the pandemic, the company had Meet, Chat, Hangouts, and Duo, all serving different purposes for the users. However, during the pandemic, the use of video calls increased by a lot and Google made Google Meet available to all.

It also led to the closure of many Google services as they were integrated into Google Meet and now being packaged as Google Workspace. Now the company has decided to phase out Google Hangouts as well from next year. Google has confirmed that Google Chats will be replacing Hangout and will be available to all the users for free. It will be used as a standalone app and also be integrated into Gmail.

Google Chat was a paid service which was earlier only available to the GSuite, now Google Workplace users. However, the new changes make it completely free for all the users. For users who will be moving to Google Chat, it provides all the features that you used in Google Hangout. Apart from that, you will have access to additional features for free like inbox, collaboration tools, suggested replies, faster search, and more. The closure of Hangout will not be sudden and users will be able to see the features closing down one by one until it is removed.

Space X, owned by the billionaire Elon Musk, is all set to send a spaceship to Mars. The billionaire has confirmed that the next window to reach Mars will open up in 2024 when the red planet will be closest to earth. The window appears after every two years, due to which they are planning to use the next window in 2022. The company was previously sending a robotic mission to Mars in 2020, followed by a crewed trip.

However, the next generation of spaceship development has been delayed, due to which the spaceship will now be ready till 2023, giving the company the opportunity to launch the spaceship in 2024. This year July, the planets were closest to each other due to which three robotic missions were sent to Mars in July 2020, including NASA’s Perseverance rover. The company has been trying to create the new generation of Starship, which can carry dozens of people into space at one time.

Elon Musk did confirm that they will be sacrificing a few ships on the way, but it will make sure that the development process finished in 2023 and we have the spaceship ready. Till now, the prototype has made short, low-altitude “hops” from the SpaceX test facility in Texas. They hope that the initial model will be able to edit the planet next year. Once they could demonstrate the refueling capacity, they will be making trips to the moon after 2022. However, these are just guesses and actual timing and dates will be released in the future.

Google Assistant has been going through a lot of changes recently and Google has been trying to add a lot of new features to the platform to make it more useful for the users. In 2019, Google announced its Google Assistant driving mode which now seems to be finally rolling out to Android smartphones. The new feature will work as an alternative to the Android Auto app on smartphones. A couple of weeks ago, users noticed a new navigation UI in Google Maps, which was a part of the feature.

The future is now available on some of the most popular smartphones like Google Pixel 4, the LG Velvet, and the ASUS ZenFone 7 Pro. The feature is not yet available on all the devices but is expected to be rolled out globally in a few days. The UI of the driving mode looks completely changed and different from the UI that was announced in the 2019 event. It might be possible that the feature we have on the smartphones right now is still under development and the interface might change with updates in the future.

The feature will work similarly to what an auto app works like, with the big icons and shortcuts on the screen for you to easily use it with one touch. The latest version is currently available on Google Play Store and you can download and install it, in case you want to try it immediately. Also, Google can make the official announcement about this feature soon, giving more details about the available features.

The trust, mentorship, and camaraderie will never be forgotten. Thanks for the opportunity of a lifetime.“” There is no official confirmation as to why he left OnePlus and what was the reason behind it. He has not mentioned anything about a new venture or project like the speculation.

Cyberattacks have become very common in some of the most popular tech companies. Ever since the market has completely become digitally dependent and uses data to figure out the best approach for business, data has become extremely important for everyone. It is one of the reasons why hackers have been trying to steal data from companies and sell them on the dark web. Now, the Google Cloud team has revealed that it had a DDoS attack in 2017 which was meant for Google service back in September 2017 and which clocked at 2.54 Tbps.

It is to date the largest DDoS attack ever. In a report published at the same time, Google Threat Threat Analysis Group analyzed a lot of high-end threats on the company server, carried out by state-sponsored threat actors. The attack was detected from China and used four Chinese Internet service providers called the (ASNs 4134, 4837, 58453, and 9394). As per the details, the attack was a humiliation of a six-month campaign and used various attack forms on Google’s server infrastructure. So why did Google reveal the information about the attack after three years?

As per the company, there has been an increasing trend of nation-state hacker groups abusing DDoS attacks to disrupt targets. Also, there can be a time in the future where we could see another such attack which can be even larger than this. The revelation about the attack was only meant to make people aware of it. Since the internet bandwidth is increasing constantly, so will the speed of such threats.
