When it comes to gaming consoles, most of the players select them based on the features of the exclusive titles they come up with, that can only be played on a specific console. There have been a lot of good and exclusive titles for Xbox as well, but certainly one of the most popular among them is “Halo“. Now as per the recent official statement from Microsoft, “Halo Infinite,” the biggest Xbox game originally planned for the November launch of its new console last month, will go on sale in fall 2021“.

The details were given to Bloomberg by the company themselves after they announced the delay of the game launch in August 2020. The main reason listed for the delay was the challenges the development team had to face while working on the game in the period of a pandemic. Halo is the biggest franchise for Xbox which started two decades ago and is still running high as ever. The development of the game slowed down a lot during the pandemic, due to which the company had to announce the delay in the game launch, leading to a lot of disappointment among Halo fans.

However, now since the company has already made the announcement and commitment about the launch of the games, it is surely good news for the Xbox fans. Apart from Halo, the company is also looking at many other gaming titles, which were either stopped or delayed during the pandemic. We expect to hear a lot more from the company before the game is launched officially.

Apple has been working on the self-driving car project, codenamed “Titan” for a long time now and as per the latest details, Apple is looking to shuffle the leadership of this project. As per Bloomberg, the team of engineers for Apple self-driving car will now report John Giannandrea. He heads the artificial intelligence department in Apple, which also looks after the voice-based digital assistant Siri.

John Giannandrea currently reports directly to CEO Tim Cook as the leader of machine learning and AI strategy. There have not been many details that have come out in the past regarding this project and Apple has been trying to be more secretive as well. The company is currently testing the car in California. Apple has also partnered with companies like Volkswagen to get the necessary hardware. Apple initially went on to build the entire thing, but then slowly shifted the focus more onto the software that will control the car.

The company also had to face a lot of issues in this project, where the employees were accused of trading the project details with third parties. Apple has also acquired the self-drive startup called Drive.ai in June 2019 including all the company assets. Also, the company logged 80,000 miles in 2018 for testing purposes and only 7,544 miles in 2019. It seems like this is a major reason why Apple has been making a change in the hierarchy, to make sure that the project does not get left behind.

Google Pixel 2 has been receiving constant updates from Google for the last three years and it’s finally the time the company will stop giving updates on the phone. The company has finally released the one final software update for the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The final software updates would include quite a bit of optimization and the December 2020 security patches for the phone. When it comes to the features one of the most interesting and new features in the list is the Adaptive Sound. The feature is currently available only on Pixel 4a 5G and 5, which is used to improve the quality of the sound on the phone speaker, based on the surroundings and noise, data for which is collected through the microphone. The new feature list also includes a lot of new wallpapers for the device and the addition of Google’s Hold Me feature and Adaptive Connectivity.

The adaptive connectivity technology is only available on 5G enabled Pixel devices and can easily switch between 4G and 5G on Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5, based on the app and its requirement of data and speed. With so many new features coming in from Google, it might be the right time for you to upgrade to a new Pixel device. However, if you are still using Pixel 2 and XL variants, make sure to download the last update.

If you are facing issues with your iOS device with iOS 14.2, then you are not the only one. Every time a new iOS operating system for iPhones are released, they do come up with a fair bunch of bugs. This time iOS 14.2 users seem to be facing the same and have lots of complaints regarding battery drain issues and iPhones taking a long time to charge. The iPhone variants that are seemed to be affected by the bug are the iPhone XS, iPhone 6S, and the first-generation iPhone SE. However, it is still not clear if the same issue persists in the new iPhone 12 range.

The issues that have recently popped up have not yet been acknowledged by Apple and are notable since the month of September after users upgraded their iPhone to iOS 14. Even iPhone 11 customers are facing the same issues and calling it very frustrating in day to day usage of the phone. As per the users, the normal usage of the phone left 40% battery at the end of the day, but due to the bug, the phone does not even last half a day.

Users of the iPhone have posted a lot of complaints on the Apple Developer Forum and are really disappointed as to why the issues are taking too long to rectify. In most of the cases, the battery life has decreased significantly after the iOS 14.2 update where the users claim that the battery drops to 50% after 30 minutes of use. It seems that we might have to wait a bit longer for Apple to release a new update that takes care of battery issues.
