Samsung Galaxy S21 s21 plus

The details that have been found out in the form of newly emerged certificates for battery performance. One cannot find any kind of notable difference. However, the company has just certified a pair of batteries for both the devices with the code name as EB-BG991ABY and EB-BG996ABY. What was visible in the detail was that the smartphones have a battery life of 4,660 mAh, but that is for the S21+ model. and it now has a 3C certificate. It seems that the battery on S21 is much lower, which is 3,880mAh.

Therefore, going by these specs, one can easily confirm that the specs for the battery will have no significant improvements, but the company will focus more on the fast charging technology. Other than that, they might launch an all-new model called the Galaxy S30, which could have some really great specs. Apart from these, no official details have been confirmed by the company as they are already busy in selling their S20 range.

The feud between Epic Games and Apple does not seem to end in the near future. A few days back Apple simply terminated the Epic Games account on the App Store as it was unable to restore the valid setting to the account as per the terms of the App Store. On this, Epic Games have asked the court to stop the actions as it was a retaliation by Apple against Fortnite. Epic Games has also said that they filed for a Preliminary Injunction, which would have put the game back in the App Store and restored their settings.

The filing by Epic games was made in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Epic games specifically mentioned that it is “likely to suffer irreparable harm” from the action that has been taken by Apple. It definitely shows that Apple is simply retaliating instead of letting the matter resolve, Epic games mentioned. The developers also mentioned in the filing that “the balance of harms tips sharply in Epic’s favor”. The developer studio has also called Apple a monopolist and that it maintains the monopoly by “explicitly prohibiting any competitive entry“.

Apple has already made clear that the termination of the Epic Games account on the App Store will not affect any app or game on the iOS that is currently using the Unreal Engine. Epic Games has also mentioned in the filing that Apple goes by the saying “This was a clear warning to any other developer that would dare challenge Apple’s monopolies: follow our rules or we will cut you off from a billion iOS consumers – challenge us and we will destroy your business,””.

Samsung updates are currently being rolled out for multiple Samsung smartphones. However, there is a specific issue that Samsung Galaxy S8 and Note 8 users are facing from a few months backs. The issue is said to be an issue that emerged from one of the software updates. The users for these two specific devices have reported issues in GPS tracking from the last few months. The threads for the issue can be found on Reddit, where the users have mentioned a problem with apps that are based on navigation and are unable to keep a consistent GPS lock.

One of the commonly used apps for navigation, which is Google Maps is not working correctly. Although they do claim that the issue was first noticed after the update rolled out last year, there is no specific information right now which could confirm the reason for the issue in these specific handsets. Although the issue is being faced by many users, the issue has not been acknowledged by Samsung yet, or they might be looking out for more users to report the same issue.

But no update has yet been provided by the company regarding the update to fix the bug. There have also been many videos and images by the device owners who show how the device does not lock on to the GPS location while using it on the move. It seems to be a really frustrating issue for the users and hope Samsung resolves it soon enough

A lot of news and specs have already been disclosed about the all-new iPhone 12 and other variants that are all due to launch in the month of October. However, before the official launch, it seems that all the details about the new device will be readily available to tech geeks and all those who are waiting for the smartphone. As per the new details that have been discovered, the iPhone 12 Pro Max model will support mmWave 5G connectivity. It was already known that this will be the first series of Apple smartphones to have support for 5G technology.

However, the addition of faster millimeter-wave 5G will make the iPhone 12 Pro Max worth upgrading. The variant will also house a large 6.5-inch screen along with the new technology. The lower variants of the iPhone 12 series will have a slower Sub-6GHz 5G connectivity. If the details are taken to be true, then it means that the Pro Max model will definitely have a much bigger battery than the other variants as the feature is known to consume more battery in need to improve the performance and speed of the 5G band.

Also, the reports mention that the mmWave antenna will be fixed inside the iPhone and will only be available to countries like Japan, South Korea, and the US. A few days back, it was disclosed that the retail box of the new iPhone will not come with any type of accessories, that would also include the charging brick and the wire. It does seem to be a disappointment for Apple fans but it won’t stop them from upgrading to the new version.

WhatsApp has today announced a few major vulnerabilities which the company detected and have been able to resolve as well. There were a total of six vulnerabilities that the company has been able to resolve. The company has posted reports of these vulnerabilities on a dedicated security advisory website, which will also act as a list of all the security updates the company has provided till now. The company has also revealed the information that five out of six bugs were resolved in a day and the last bug took a few days to fix.

Some bugs were reported to provide remote access to the data, which could have been a serious security issue, but WhatsApp has confirmed that it has found no evidence that the vulnerability was exposed and used by hackers in any way. The bugs were found using the company’s specially developed Bug Bounty Program, and some during routine code check. Since WhatsApp is one of the world’s largest messaging apps with billions of users, hackers are constantly keeping an eye on any such vulnerability that could allow them access to the data of users.

The good thing in this was that WhatsApp has been trying to be transparent about any kind of vulnerability and how they are resolving it. Also, the company is already working on a new feature, which allows the user to remove WhatsApp junk from the app itself. Although the feature is still in the testing phase, it will soon be made available in the future.

A call recording app is something many people download from the Playstore to keep a record of their interaction and this is a feature that has still not been provided by Google in the native Phone app, however, the same could be found on Google Phone. The good news for Xiaomi phone users is that Google will soon be adding the feature to all Xiaomi phones around that globe. Google has been working for a long time to build a native call recording feature for its default Phone app.

The feature was first spotted in January this year where it was being tested and the feature was finally launched on the Google Pixel devices. The feature was then also provided to a bunch of Nokia phones, making the other users wonder why it is not made global for all Android users. However, it seems that the company is now slowly going to roll it out for users. The next to be in the line is the smartphones from Xiaomi. The call recording feature will be added as an update to all the Xiaomi phones, after which the call recording feature will be native to the default Phone app on Android.

The details also reveal that the feature will be accessible on the global variant of Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 9S, and Redmi Note 9 Pro. Also, Xiaomi phones that are running Android One will also receive the feature through an update. The feature might be available on some device right now, however, you can always wait for it to come if it is not already there.

Instagram has added new functionality to its platform which makes the features easy to access for the users. Instagram recently announced new features called reels which would act as an alternative to Tik-Tok, after it was banned in many countries. The feature was earlier brought into the Instagram platform as a feature, but now it comes as a dedicated section, which can be easily accessed in the app. The new design tweak on Instagram gives Reel features a standalone tab, which will replace the existing Explore section in the app.

Now the new sections on the Instagram app are Home, Reels, Camera, Notifications, and the Profile sections. It will also have the search icon next to the Direct message option. The Reels section will allow the users to immediately access features like Live, Story, and Reels options and start posting media. The standalone section has been made on Instagram looking at the increasing use of this feature after the ban of Tik-Tok. The new design tweak has been launched in India and the same will be available on both the iOS and Android platforms.

The feature will soon be tested in countries like Germany, France, and Spain as well. The feature was initially released in November 2019 for Brazil users only. But the feature started to gain popularity only after the ban on Chinese apps like Tik-Tok and many of its Chinese alternatives. One can now simply use the Reels sections and make different media on it.
