New smartphone details from Realme have been leaked online and this time the model is Realme C15. The smartphone was announced in August by the company with a starting price of just $135. However, not many details were revealed about the kind of variants and colors that will be available to the consumers. The phone is powered by the Helio G35 chipset by Mediatek and is one of the more powerful smartphones in the budget range.

It is also possible that the company will be launching a Realme C15 Qualcomm Edition phone. With the details mentioned in the latest leak, it is possible that the phone can be launched in two different variants which are 4GB/64GB and 3GB/32GB. Also, the available colors on the phone are Power Blue and Power Silver. Other details about the phone include a  bigger battery of 5,860mAh and the fast charging technology with 18W fast charging. Apart from that, there are no other details available and we will have to either wait for new leaks or details.

What would be interesting to see how the performance of the Qualcomm Snapdragon version of the phone will differ from the Mediatek version. Also, it is a probability that the company might launch the Qualcomm version in a different country with a new name. No matter how they launch it, the phone is quite capable of leaving its mark in the budget segment, as all the C series phones from Realme are. Let’s wait for some more leaks or the announcement from Realme before we get more insight.

The iPhone has been really popular in India, and ever since the company has launched its online India specific store, the sale numbers have been rising higher than ever. Since the festive season in India is on the rise, there has been a huge discount on smartphones, even on the older version of the iPhone. The discounts were provided by both Flipkart and Amazon, where the iPhone 11 was being sold for almost Rs 45,000, which is way less than its original cost.

Now, Apple themselves have come up with a new exchange offer, where the users can get up to Rs 63,000 off from their older version of iPhones and Android smartphones. The list of smartphones that are eligible for the exchange ranges from iPhone 5s to 11 for the iPhone series. Since iPhone 12 is the latest series from the company, discounts were not available on them, but the company did bring a better exchange offer to make the festive days count for higher sales. The trade-in option can be selected from the official Apple Store with much heavier discounts.

The trade-off value can provide the user discount from Rs 63,000 to Rs 3,000 for the iPhone 5s. When it comes to Android, the exchange value that you can get would be on the Galaxy Note 10 plus for Rs 36,230. Also, the exchange value of the OnePlus 7T is around Rs 19,170. The only thing that the user will have to keep in mind is that the details of the device entered online should match the device that will be exchanged.

The one feature that made Xbox a choice for many over Sony Playstation, was a complete audio media experience, along with gaming. It is why most of the users preferred Xbox as it was not only a gaming-specific device but also offered a lot more apps and streamed content. Since both the companies are about to launch their new gaming console in the month of November, it seems that Sony will be adding some new features to the Playstation as well. As per the new details, the Sony Playstation 5 will be getting some pre-loaded apps that can be used to stream media content, similar to what Xbox has been providing for many years.

Some of such streaming applications will be Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Twitch, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, MyCanal, Peacock, and more. The addition of these streaming applications is definitely a new approach to what Playstations has been following for so many years. But it will serve well for Xbox users and they can use the features to switch the console preference. The company has also confirmed that PlayStation 5 will not only be a gaming console and will act as an entertainment hub for users.

They will be able to do it using the Media Remote, which will be provided with the console. Also, apps like Youtube and Twitch will have a much deeper integration with Playstation 5, through which they will be able to directly stream their gameplay on these platforms. The remote comes with built-in play and pauses buttons, fast forward and fast rewind, volume adjustment, and power options. It also gets dedicated buttons for apps like Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, and Spotify.

WhatsApp has just released one of its most awaited feature of “Always Mute” allowing the users to mute the group or user forever, instead of a certified period of time, however, along with this, the company is also gearing up to roll out another feature for the app, that has been in development for a long time. The new features are a face unlock security option for WhatsApp. As per the details, WhatsApp has already submitted the update through the Google Play Beta program and has a fingerprint biometric security option for Android users as well.

While the company has not disclosed any kind of official state for the same, we can expect the update to be soon rolled out globally. The feature will not be app-centric, but device-centric, which will only work if your phone supports both fingerprints and face unlock feature. The feature is completely different from WhatsApp pin and will be very useful in cases where the WhatsApp profile is activated on another phone.

Biometric and Face unlock is one feature that Facebook has already announced for all their apps. It is why the security feature will be made a part of the apps, now allowing anyone to open the chats through any means. While the security feature will be added to WhatsApp, there are a lot of other features as well, which will soon be installed through an update. We hope that we can also get the fingerprint feature for security for iOS devices as well.

The last few months have not been as fluid for Windows 10 users as it should have been, and it all due to the Windows update. The last few updates in the OS has caused a lot of new problems for the users, making the overall experience tiresome. Now another such issue has been reported where the latest update for Windows 10 has caused the File Explorer to crash and cause a black screen. This is a serious issue for many Windows users and they have not been able to use the OS properly ever since.

The bug was found in the Windows 10 October patch, which had a lot of issues like Blue Screen of Death, broken File Explorer, printer disconnection bug, and network issues. The Windows 10 KB4579311 update was supposed to be one of the more critical updates for the users as it was meant to provide a lot of optimization and performance improvements to the OS. However, it seems like the update has added a large number of problems for the user instead. Some of the common problems that the users are facing are Windows 10 Actions center stopping suddenly and the notifications getting delayed.

Previously, there were problems with Windows 10 update that did not allow the Action Center to open, or provided a blank Action center. It’s also causing Explorer to be unresponsive after rebooting. For now, the only resolution to this is uninstalling the update manually from the Control Panel, until the issue is fixed by Microsoft

A few weeks back Samsung launched their new Galaxy 20 series of smartphones, which is one of their most powerful smartphone series yet. However, just days after the launch, leaks, and rumors started coming out regarding the Samsung S21 and its 21+ models. Although the phone is only in the designing stage right now, new CAD renders of the phone show a lot of new details and designs for the new series. The new CAD renders of the S21 and S21 Ultra shows the 3D schematics of the phone.

The renders reveal that both the phones will share the same camera sensor, but will have a fancier setup on the Ultra model. The smartphones will also retain the same screen that is available on Samsung S20+, but the difference will be brought through a flat panel, making the phone look much wider than before. Also, it is expected that the new models will have a bigger battery as well, expected at 4,800mAh, from the previous 4,500mAh.

The models will continue with the same 25W fast charging, which was already leaked a few days back. The front will have a single centered punch hole for the camera and a USB C charging slot. It is expected that the company will be announcing the phone in the month of January next year, with the sales starting for the phone from February. The phone will undoubtedly be bringing new features. One of the leaked features was for the next generation of Galaxy Fold, which will have a LED strip on the hinge.

Consumers expect a lower price tag on OnePlus 9 next year.

OnePlus has undoubtedly been one of the most popular smartphones in the market ever since its launches and has been giving tough competition to other premium flagship companies. However, after the release of the OnePlus 8T and many other competitor phones launching along with it, the OnePlus fanbase was actually confused if the brand is still standing on the principals, due to which it became popular. The initial tagline of the brand was “Flagship Killer“.

The reason behind selecting this tagline was that the brand would be providing the same quality and hardware specs to the consumers at a much lower price, for which they have to spend almost three to four times the amount. However, over time, the phone has become more powerful and also costlier, making it cost equal to some of the new premium flagships. Due to this, a poll was conducted for smartphone users, asking them as to what should be the USP of the new ONePLus 9 model, which will launch next year.

It was very surprising to know that most of the people selected “lower price” as the main feature or USP they would like to see in OnePlus 9. The OnePlus series starts from $699 for OnePlus and going up to $900 for Pro models. However, looking at the stats, it might be possible that the phone goes up to $1000 in a couple of years, making it almost equal to the Samsung and Apple series of smartphones. Due to this, people are expecting new features in the OnePlus 9 and a more affordable price range.

A few days back a new beta feature was rolled out by WhatsApp where the user can put the group on mute forever. However, since the feature was in development, there was no confirmed date as to when it will be available to users as a final update. Now, WhatsApp has finally rolled out the “Always Mute” option to the users globally, allowing them to put a WhatsApp group on mute forever. The feature was one of the most requested by the users for a long time, due to which the company finally introduced it.

Earlier, the user only had the option of a maximum of 1 year, till the time group chats could be put on Mute. the feature will now finally be rolled out for both the Android and iOS users. This is a stable release after the beta version of the feature was already in development for a couple of months. The new feature was officially announced by the company on its official Twitter page where it can be seen with other options of 8 hours and one wheel for muting a chat.

The feature is self-explanatory and replaces the time of 1 year for muting the chat. This will be a great feature for those who do not want to exit the group but are unable to handle the constant messages from the group as well. To enable it, go to the chat, you want to mute and click on three buttons on the top right. Select Mute notification and select the duration as Always.
